Company meetings, team building events, celebrations and all others sorts of occasions can be organized on site

Aa-gård is located by the fjord and offers unique meeting rooms. Has your company ever held a board meeting in a barn? Or perhaps a seminar in an old dung cellar? In the converted cowshed, this is possible. Our two meeting rooms with projector and internet can accommodate 40 and 20 people. You would like to combine today’s meeting with a nice meal or a social gathering? Aa-gård has its own restaurant and wine cellar. The very best thing about meetings at Aa-gård is that you can continue the meeting the next day. We have accommodation for 19 guests in seven cabins in single rooms or 33 guests in double rooms.

Our CONFERENCE rooms

We are a dynamic and modern company and we recognise the growing demand for conference and meeting services.

We offer two conference rooms: one set up in our restaurant room, the other one in our wine cellar for themed conferences.
Depending on the setup of the rooms and layout we have different capacity, of at least 40 persons
We have state-of-the-art multimedia facilities, refreshment area and infrastructure to make sure we are able to match the highest expectations
Our kitchen is also available upon inquiries for breakfast, lunch or dinners (1/2/ or 3 courses). We can provide also a large selection of salty or sweet, homemade snacks for tasty breaks.
Conference rooms are a few meters away from our cabins
Arrangements will be made to make sure all the meetings go very well, easily transforming from formal, focused environment to more relaxed, atmosphere perfect for networking, socializing or just enjoying the beautiful setting of Aa Gard.

Team ACTIVITIES

Between work sessions, several fun, authentic and team building activities are possible to do on site:

– Our wood burning sauna facing the shore with a direct beach access. Barbecues and benches are also set up along the water to enjoy the view.

– Our own frisbee golf 18-hole course is perfect of a friendly competition for all age, physical health or frisbee skill level. You also have the possibility to borrow an instructor for exclusive lesson on the different throws and techniques.

– We organise wine tasting using selected wines imported from our own family winery in Germany. Our Wine Cellar is also equipment with several dart board, chess board and other cart games for spending relaxing, funny, but more important meaningful time among co-workers.

– Our fjord water are thriving in fish. How about renting boat for a (nearly) guarantied successful fishing session?

– A multitudes of mountains hikes, some with Gapahuks, are starting from Lavangen. Our guide Johnny, an expert in all of our local trails, will be able to find the one fitting your group requirements.

– Let us guide you around our Culture walk around Aa-Gård. We will show you the exciting history of Aa-gård: Naust, trønderfarhella, Jordkjeller, Smørhuset, Smia, Mølna, Sommarfjøsen.

– Various farm competitions at la Farmen: Horse shoe throwing, Milk pail throwing, Tug of war, SUP, Sheep herding on the 2nd weekend in September.

– Winter activities: Ice skating, Toboggan run, Cross-country skiing
