If the house is not prepared to check out (all rubbish and leftovers removed, dishes washed in dish washer and generally clean in all areas of the cabin), then we reserve the right to apply cleaning fee of minimum NOK 1050 per cabin.

Organized Groups & Events
Contact us if you are organising a group. We offer tailor made packages for company trips, a photography or mountain guides with clients and tour operators.
If you are interested in hosting a special event with us (conference, wedding, family reunion, etc.) then send us your request and we will prepare unique offer for you.

Booking conditions and payment details
Most of our guests book holiday long time in advance, therefore we are not able to cancel bookings at short notice. A 25% deposit is needed at the time the reservation is made.
We have a special COVID-related booking policy: If travel restrictions have been imposed between the date booking was made and planned arrival date, then we offer free modification of travel dates for affected bookings. No refunds are made.
It is responsibility of our guests to check travel rules before making reservation or traveling.
We expect 100% payment within:
- 2 months before the arrival date.
- Payment on the spot is possible only for last minute short-stay
- If the booking is made after the required payment date, the entire invoice amount shall be paid within 3 days working after receiving confirmation.
Unless other agreements have been made in advance, the payments are final and fees are calculated according to the following schedule:
A deposit of 25% on the overall price has to be paid to confirm the booking.
- The full price has to be paid at the latest 2 months before arrival date
- Cancellations 3 weeks to 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% refund
- Cancellations 20 days or less before arrival day: no refund
We reserve the right to cancel reservations that are not timely paid.
Once a payment is made any changes to the reservation are allowed at the discretion of management.
OUR GUIDELINES ARE BINDING UNLESS DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE
Pets are allowed to stay in some of the cabins, as courtesy to our guests, to keep the other cabins allergy free. Contact us prior booking if you wish come with a pet.
Please note that all our rooms and apartments are smoke-free and smoking will result in a strictly enforceable fine of minimum NOK 9000,-
